San Diego County Credit Union can finance the following property types for a purchase or refinance:

•     Single Family Residences
•     Multi Family up to 4 units
•     Condominiums / Townhomes
•     Planned Unit Developments (PUD)

Non-Traditional Property Types

SDCCU does not currently offer financing for non-standard property types including:

•     Mobile Homes
•     Zoned for Commercial or Agricultural Use
•     Properties exceeding 5 acres

 Occupancy Types

•     Owner Occupied
•     Second/Vacation Home
•     Investment Property
